Article 370- A History
As per the constitution of India, India, that is Bharat, shall be a union of states and all these states are specified in the first schedule of the constitution and this document itself mentions that the territory of India will comprise of the territories of the states or the union territories specified in the first schedule and any other territories that may be acquired
